A Note from Caitria
A Life That Fits came from my own journey from burnout and wondering where I made a wrong turn in life to a life that feels like me, like home. It wasn't dramatic, it was done in small gentle steps. Everyone's journey is going to be different, and what is right for one may not be right for another. This is why holding space is your most imortant job. Not to teach, not to solve, just to hold a lantern while they find their own way.
If you are inclined to a spiritual path, I highly recommend having a few of my Inner Guide decks around as well as some of the suggested tools written on the cards. But this is completely up to you.
I give this to you without hype, without courses you have to take, and without fees because it is my deepest wish that you are using this as part of your journey to find your life that fits.
